Ingredients
- 1 kg Woolworths frozen straight-cut sweet potato chips
- 3 tsp sea salt, crushed, plus extra for topping
- 5 g basil leaves, finely chopped
- 5 g Italian parsley, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions
- Bake 1 kg Woolworths frozen straight-cut sweet potato chips for 15–20 minutes at 180°C.
- Finely chop 5 g Italian parsley and 5 g basil, then mix with 1 t sea salt. Sprinkle over the hot chips to serve.
