Sweet potato chips with herbed salt

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Woolworths frozen straight-cut sweet potato chips
  • 3 tsp sea salt, crushed, plus extra for topping
  • 5 g basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 5 g Italian parsley, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake 1 kg Woolworths frozen straight-cut sweet potato chips for 15–20 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Finely chop 5 g Italian parsley and 5 g basil, then mix with 1 t sea salt. Sprinkle over the hot chips to serve.
