Breakfast papaya and chocolate walnuts

Ingredients

  • 100 g raw walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 100 g good quality dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 60 g coconut, toasted
  • 2 cups greek yoghurt
  • 2 ripe papayas, peeled, halved and seeded

Cooking Instructions

  1. Roll the walnuts into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Place in the fridge to set. Mix the coconut with the yoghurt and fill each papaya half with the mixture.
  3. Scatter the chocolate-coated walnuts on top and serve
