This summer, we’re all about plant-based deliciousness. So we’ve partnered with the Humane Society International- Africa and Green Monday SA to create a comprehensive plant-based living guide to equip you with everything you need to know.
  • First of all: what is plant based?

    Plant-based eating covers all kinds of lifestyle choices.

    Flexitarian (those who occasionally eat meat or fish), vegetarian (usually those who avoid meat but not all animal products) and vegan (those who consume no animal byproducts at all).

    Maybe you’ve heard that eating more plants helps the environment (you heard right) or perhaps you’re looking to include more fruit, veg and grains for health reasons.

    Look out for this icon in stores and on packs to find what you need for your plant-based lifestyle. On the pack, it’ll say whether the product is vegan or vegetarian with or without egg, milk or honey. Helpful, huh?
