1. Lemony hake with perfectly poached eggs

Pan-fry hake in butter, with lemon juice and seasoning. Add a handful of fresh baby spinach, a poached egg or two and a spoonful of coriander or kale pesto. Yum!

2. Hot smoked salmon with free range boiled eggs

On a plate, combine flaked Woolworths Deli Hot Smoked Norwegian Salmon with Pepper and Dill, halved free range boiled eggs, garlic baby potatoes, micro greens, yoghurt, black pepper and olive oil. So good!

3. Pickled fish meets pickled quail eggs

Combine Woolworths Pickled Fish (hake or yellow tail) with cooked glass noodles, pickled quail eggs, fresh mini cucumbers, pickled onions and radishes, and micro herbs. Eat up!
