The pantry-cupboard bunny chow

Carb on carb combos are always a winner in winter, but this bunny chow takes the carbs and beans combo up a notch. Stock up on baked beans and you’ll have dinner in less than 15 minutes.

How to make your bunny chow:

Pan-fry 100 g sliced Spanish chorizo until crispy, and set aside. In the same pan, fry 3 cloves of sliced garlic in 2 teaspoons dried chilli and 2 teaspoons smoked paprika until fragrant. Add 2 cans of Woolworths Reduced Sugar and Salt Baked Beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cut a hollow into the top of Portuguese rolls. Spoon the spicy beans into the pockets. Top with chorizo, fresh coriander, coriander oil or coriander pesto. Make sure you have plenty of napkins handy – and dig in!
