Fierce fruit and veg shots
Give your fruit and veg intake a little boost with these fierce shots – they’re fun, full of flavour, and so easy to make.
Green shots:
(100ml per serving per day)
Take 1 stick of celery, a handful of spinach, 1 banana, half an avocado, 40g pack of Woolworths Raw Nuts Breakfast Mix (soaked) and one apple. Blend with water and ice for a drink, or freeze in 100ml ice blocks and defrost as needed.
Orange shots:
Combine sliced easy peelers, soaked 40g pack dried fruit (mango, pineapple, apricot and apple chunks), a few tablespoons of coconut milk, 1 sliced chilli, fresh ginger and a few carrot batons in a blender till smooth. Enjoy as is, in 100ml serving shots, or freeze in 100ml ice blocks to use as needed.
