You have to try these delicious braai butters

Do you know what your braai has been missing all along? Seasoned braai butters. It’s a thing, and it’s totally delicious.

Steak butter:

Sprinkle your steak with Woolworths Steak Rub and rub with olive oil. Combine 200 g softened butter with 2 T steak rub. Braai your steaks as per normal, but just before removing from the grill and while the steaks are still warm, place a nice pat of steak butter onto the meat and allow to melt.

Pap butter:

Cook your pap like you usually do, on the stove or on the potjie. Combine 100 g softened butter with 1 T Woolworths Steak & Chops seasoning. Just before serving the pap, swirl in seasoned butter to flavour your pap.

Roosterkoek butter:

Combine 100 g softened butter, 1 T Woolworths Braai Seasoning and 2 T chopped parsley and mix well. Place Woolworths heat & eat Roosterkoek on the braai until warm and slightly charred, then serve with lashings of seasoned braai butter.
