Quick & tasty pork mince wraps

Weeknight dinners don’t get any easier than this – we show you how to take one packet of pork mince and jazz it up. One version for the adults, and one for the kids. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Method:

For the mince base, fry 500 g lean pork mince in 2 tablespoons olive oil until crispy.

Add 1 cube prepared garlic and 1 cube prepared ginger for the last minute or two, cooking until fragrant. Divide mince into 2 bowls.

For the kids: Add half a packet of Woolworths Easy to Wok Thai Coconut Stir Fry Sauce to the bowl of mince and stir through. Use Woolies Cinnamon & Sugar Pancakes as the basis (after you’ve removed the sugar packet). Top the mini ‘wraps’ with spoonfuls of mince, diced cucumber, julienne carrots or beetroot and diced mango. Roll up, dinner’s up!

For the adults: Add 1–2 tablespoons of sweet Indonesian soy sauce to taste the other bowl of mince. Toast Woolworths Mini Flour Wraps and top them with the mince, baby gem lettuce, pickled pink onions, diced mango, sliced spring onions and fresh sliced chillies. Roll them up and dig in!
