Ingredients:
- 1 x 160 g pack Woolworths Plant Powered™ crumbed savoury soya bites
- 1 x 200 g pack Woolworths Plant Powered™ crumbed ocean soya strips
- 1 x Woolworths Plant Powered™ minced soya balls
- 3 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 bulb fennel, thinly shaved
- Salt, to taste
- Sweet chilli sauce, for serving
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the Plant Powered™ products according to package instructions. (Air frying or pan frying would work here, too.)
- Arrange the apple, cucumber and fennel on a platter and top with the cooked Plant Powered™ products. Season to taste.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
