We are committed to ensuring the highest levels of product safety. Our baby clothing is made from the softest fabrics - specially selected cotton or cotton blends developed to allow the skin to breathe. Seams are soft and specially designed to lie flat against your baby’s delicate skin.
The same care and attention goes into the making of hats, poppers, buttons, blankets, vests, and shoes. Our fabric hats are tested for ultraviolet radiation protection. We’ve banned the use of pins in the factories where our baby- and kidswear is made to ensure that there’s never anything sharp left behind that could scratch or hurt a child.

- All buttons are securely lock stitched so there’s less chance of them coming loose (less buttons falling off as well as the safety benefit) and possibly being swallowed.
- The cords in our kids’ clothes are a maximum of 14 cm long and are bar-tacked securely in place to reduce the chance of accidental choking.
UV Protection
- Selected fabrics have built-in UV protection and are specially tested and rated against Ultra Violet Radiation protection, blocking out more than 98% of harmful UV rays.
- UV protection items: - Single school shirts, School Golfers, baby romper and UV swim suits.
- Reflective trim provides better visibility in poor lighting conditions- all our school back packs /bags; selected school shoes, the raincoat, and reversible jacket.

All products are tested to ensure that they do not contain any of the following:
- Nickel, heavy metals and phthalates which may interfere with the child’s wellbeing.
All of our children’s sunglasses are tested for the following:
- UV400 protection, correct colour recognition, correct refraction, robustness of frame and lens, toxicity of paints on plastic frames and absence of nickel on metal frames.
