This Bircher muesli is all kinds of delicious

Admit it, it’s much easier to tackle the day when you’ve had a delicious breakfast, and this Bircher muesli with (wait for it) caramelised bananas ticks all the boxes.

Method:

  1. Place the oats, grated apple, cacao powder and salt in a bowl. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
  2. Heat the butter and 2 T honey in a pan, then place the bananas in the pan cut-side down. Allow to caramelise and then remove from the pan.
