    Sliced cooked turkey
    Half a sweetcorn, boiled 
    Mini rosa tomato snack pack 
    Hummus for dipping 
    ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt with blueberries
    Still water 
  2. TUESDAY

    Handful of ostrich sliced biltong  
    Air popped popcorn 
    1 banana  
    Snap peas and sliced red pepper dipped in tzaziki
    Raw cashew nuts 30 g 
    Mini Ayrshire kids cheese
    Water with mint 

  3. WEDNESDAY

    1 boiled egg 
    Sliced boiled baby potatoes with plain guacamole for dipping 
    Little red apples  
    Raw almonds & raisins 30g 
    Sparkling sugar free lemon flavoured drink

  4. THURSDAY

    Prawn, pasta and avocado salad with roasted cherry tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
    Dried mango chunks 
    Baby corn  
    Raw almonds 30 g 
    Mini Ayrshire kids cheese 
    Lenny lion fruit juice 

  5. FRIDAY

    Baby carrot and cucumber sticks rolled up in Parma ham
    Corn cakes with organic crunchy peanut butter 
    Hummus for dipping 
    ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt with apple and cinnamon fruit puree
    Still water
