Grown in the heart of India's pepper region on the south western coast near Cochin. Tellicherry pepper comes from the same plant as Malabar pepper. During harvesting, the berries are divided by size, and only the largest 10% are granted the name Tellicherry. Matured for longer and exposed to more sun, these large berries have a more intense, fiery flavour.

Serving Suggestion

Crush between your fingers and add to food for some peppery heat.
