Valentine's Dinner:
Chargrilled Artichoke, Onion Marmalade and Goats Cheese Tart

You will need
2 savoury pastry cases
2 tbsp onion marmalade
1 tub chargrilled artichoke
goats milk crottin cut into disks
fresh thyme to garnish
balsamic glaze

Here’s how:

Spread onion marmalade on each pastry case base. Top with pieces of chargrilled artichoke followed by a disk of goats milk cheese. Place in oven at 200degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts slightly. Garnish with fresh thyme and drizzle on plate with balsamic glaze.

Serve warm
