Here’s how:
Carefully slice the top crust of loaf and keep aside.
Remove the inside bread, leaving a cavity to fill
Drizzle inside bread with olive oil
Layer ingredients in bread cavity as: guacamole, prawn cocktail, peppers and feta, watercress and season
Squeeze over lemon juice
Place crust on base and press down firmly
Tie up with ribbon, raffia or bright coloured paper
Slice up and serve!
