Lettuce, Prosciutto and Parmesan Salad

Serves 4

You will need:

8 slices prosciutto
3 baby gem lettuces
8 thin slices of Parmesan
3 tablespoons balsamic blaze
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Here’s how:

  • Preheat the grill.
  • Place prosciutto onto a baking tray and grill until crispy.
  • Layer the lettuce, prosciutto and parmesan.
  • Drizzle with balsamic blaze and olive oil.
