Dry red wine from the Valpolicella hills. Wine of Origin Venetto, Italy. Produced from 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 5% Molinara grapes, left to dry naturally for a 100 days in dry and well ventilated places.  Full and complex bouquet of fruit preserve, raisins and violets with hints of spices and balsam and a trace of undergrowth. To the taste, it is rich, warm and powerful, with balanced flavours and a well-defined and lingering aftertaste of dried fruits (peaches, grapes and plums) and toasted almonds. Serving and food pairing – Serve at 18°-20°C. Best served with braised red meats, game and strong cheeses. Aging – Although excellent to drink now, it may be cellared for about 10 years.  Alc 14.5% Vol. Contains Sulphites. Drinking during pregnancy can be harmful to your baby. Alcohol reduces driving ability, don't drink and drive. Not for sale to persons under the age of 18.
