Origin and general description – Semi-sweet, aromatic, white perlé wine from the hills around Alice Bel Colle. Wine of Origin Piedmont Region, Italy. Produced from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes. To the nose, delicate and intense bouquet, with touches of peaches and sage and hints of citrus fruits. On the palate, it has a sweet and clean flavour, enlivened by an attractive citric note and followed by a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit. Serving and food pairing – Serve chilled at about 6°-8°C, with fruit tarts, biscuits, hazelnut cakes, oven-baked pastries or treat yourself to a uniquely different sundowner. Aging – best consumed young.
