Cooking Instructions
Pour a generous amount of marinade over meat and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results marinate overnight. Braai slowly and baste continuously as you cook. Bring any leftover marinade to the boil and coat the meat before serving. When braaiing chicken on the bone we recommend that you par-cook it first to prevent it burning on the outside and remaining raw in the middle. Marinate first, then place in a microwaveable dish and follow easy guide below before braaiing. Microwave:60% power 8 Chicken pieces: 10 mins Spatchcock chicken: 15 mins Microwave ovens vary. These timings are a guide only and based on an 850 - 1100 watt oven.
