Directions(1): The following cooking times are a guide only:
For a basic mince meat recipe:
Sauté onito 10 ml olive oil until soft, add Beef Mince and fry with other ingredients while using a fork to get a nice loose texture. Add salt, pepper and any other flavours to taste.
Add heated liquid (wine, meat stock or fruit juice) and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft.
