Directions(1): The following cooking times are a guide only:
For a basic mince meat recipe:
Sauté onions and garlic in 5ml to 10 ml olive oil until soft, add Beef Mince and fry with other ingredients whie texture. Add salt, pepper and any other flavours to taste.
Add heated liquid (wine, meat stock or fruit juind let simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft.
