Cooking Instructions
As domestic appliances vary these times are guides only. Oven Bake: Bake from frozen: Pre-heat oven to 200'C. Space the hake evenly on baking tray.Place tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, batter should golden brown and fish should be fully cooked. Deep Fry: Heat oil in a suitable pot to 180-190'C, fry battered hake in hot oil for 6-8 minutes until cooked.
