Poaching: Place Haddock in a shallow pan. Half cover with milk, season with a little salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and poach for 4-6 minutes. Use the remaining milk to prepare a cheese sauce to serve with the haddock Grill: Cook from frozen Pre-heat grill. Place haddock on a backing tray, brush with melted butter and season.Place under grill in the middle of the oven for 5-6 minutes each side Microwave: Place fillet in a microwaveable dish, brush with melted butter and season, add a little milk.
