Cooking Instructions
Grilling and braaiing offers a no fat cooking method. The cooking times are a guide only Grill: Pre-heat the oven grill. Place the sausage on rack of an oven-roasting pan, 15 to 20 cm from the grilling element. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes whilst turning frequently. Pan Fry: Heat approximately 10ml oil in a pan. Reduce the heaedium. Slowly fry the sausages by turning often until browned for approximately 15 minutes. Braai: Position braai grid 10cm above moderate coals and braai boerewors for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
