Cooking Instructions
To oven cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 220 °C. Place on a baking tray in a single layer. Cook a the top of the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time. Adjust times according to your particular oven. For fan assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced. For best results, refer to the manufacture's handbook. To shallow fry from frozen: Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add chips and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Turn occasionally during cooking. To deep fat fry from frozen: Pre heat oil to 180 °C. Fry the frozen chips for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Do not fry too many at once.
