BOEREWORS ROLLS WITH PINEAPPLE & PEPPADEW

INGREDIENTS:

White hotdog rolls
Farmstyle braai wors
Tangy tomato sauce
Pineapple pieces
Peppadews
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped red onion
Rocket for garnish
Onion marmalade

METHOD:
Chop up peppadews, pineapple pieces, tomatoes and red onion and mix in a bowl along with tangy tomato sauce.
Cook braai wors in pan or on the braai.
Slice hotdog rolls.
Place some rocket in roll along with a piece of braai wors.
Top with salsa or with onion marmalade.
